Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale identity governance solutions. The role involves defining IAM architecture, leading cloud-based identity transformations, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end implementations of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Define IAM architecture aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement:
- Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
- Access Request & Approval workflows
- Access Certifications (Manager, Application Owner, Role-based)
- Role & Entitlement Management
- Integrate ISC with:
- HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
- Cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS apps)
- Lead application onboarding using out-of-the-box and custom connectors (REST, SCIM, JDBC).
- Define and enforce security best practices, least-privilege access, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Guide customers on migration from SailPoint IIQ to ISC.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to implementation teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and drive performance tuning and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in IAM.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Solid understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Experience in:
- Cloud-native IAM architectures
- REST APIs, JSON, SCIM
- SSO, MFA, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect
- Strong knowledge of AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, and hybrid identity models.
- Experience with role mining, access modeling, and policy frameworks.
- Ability to create HLD, LLD, and solution architecture documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow certification(s).
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, ISO, HIPAA).
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD for IAM automation.
- Prior consulting or customer-facing experience.
- Presales or RFP/RFI support experience.
