Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, engineer, deploy, and support the SailPoint platform.
  • Integrate systems and applications with SailPoint in collaboration with business partners, integration consultants, and internal teams.
  • Work with Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology teams to develop provisioning & identity management strategies and roadmaps.
  • Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications and enterprise-level designs.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SailPoint, providing consultation on best practices and standardization.
  • Provide third-line escalation support for IAM services, troubleshooting issues beyond tier one and two support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve application, software, and hardware issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, installation/configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Oversee external consultants, review designs and code, and ensure knowledge retention internally.
  • Recommend process improvements, automation, and enhancements for IAM solutions.
