We are seeking expert SailPoint IdentityIQ Developers to implement enterprise identity governance solutions. Join our specialized cybersecurity team to engineer IAM platforms, troubleshoot complex directory issues, and drive identity security transformations using SailPoint IIQ.
Role Summary
As a SailPoint IIQ Developer, you'll own end-to-end engineering activities including software implementation, complex account troubleshooting, log investigations, and change management. You'll make technical decisions, create documentation, and lead IAM process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of new SailPoint IdentityIQ software and patches
- Troubleshoot complex account issues within multi-directory enterprise solutions
- Conduct log investigations and vendor escalations
- Develop process changes and manage Incidents & Problem Management
- Lead Change Management processes
- Supply accurate work estimates for engineering tasks
Must-Have Technical Expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Direct experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (minimum 2 years hands-on)
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Coding experience: JSON, JavaScript, Beanshell scripting
- Application maintenance and development experience
