Project Role: SailPoint IIQ Security Architect

Project Role Description:

Design and define the cloud security architecture and framework to align with business requirements and performance objectives. Oversee the implementation of cloud security controls and ensure a smooth transition to managed cloud security operations.

Summary:

As an Application Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications to meet business and security requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, deliver scalable identity governance solutions, and ensure optimal application performance and usability. Additionally, you will contribute to problem-solving, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team collaboration and delivery.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions and ensure effective execution.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems across teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Solid understanding of application development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Work location: Gurugram / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
