Your Role

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Business Analyst with 6 to 11 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), based anywhere across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SailPoint IIQ, deep understanding of connectors, integrations, and handson experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD).

  • Create clear and detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
  • Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and business user discussions.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Endtoend stakeholder coordination with Business, IAM, and Technical teams.
  • Facilitate discussions for requirement clarification, scope alignment, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Support UAT, issue tracking, and functional validation.
