SAG:SAG -Credit Analyst

About Structured Assets Group:

The Structured Assets Group (SAG) plays an important and critical role in managing the asset book of the bank which needs timely and proactive intervention. The SAG handles a large proportion of Special Mention Account (SMA) portfolio and the entire Non-retail Non-performing Asset (NPA) portfolio of the bank. The key focus area of SAG is to take proactive steps to ensure effective resolution of corporate stress through a) correction of capital structure by way of business restructuring or change of ownership b) one time settlement with the borrower c) secondary market loan sale or d) legal action for recovery, depending upon the nature of stress and ability of the bank to drive resolution.

About the Role:

The SAG-Credit Analyst is responsible for handling the entire MIS of Department. They are responsible for handling various audits like Statutory, RBI, Compliance, Internal Audit and Walkthrough like IFC, Operational Risks etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Inter / Intra-department co-ordination for submission of reports and MIS
• Responsible for various regulatory reporting like CICs, RBI
• Responsible for reporting to various Committees like COD, Audit Committee, Board w.r.t. RFA cases, OTS notes, Sale of accounts to ARC, Written-off accounts
• Responsible for reporting cases filed by the Bank and against the Bank to Legal Department
• IND AS Impairment calculation for the NPAs in consultation with respective RMs, Notes to accounts and various other financial reporting

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduation/ Post- Graduation from a recognized institute
• Relevant experience in the Banking Industry

• Good command over MS Office
• Good communication skill
