Safety Officer - Wind/Solar

Education :Diploma Fire & Safety / ADIS / PDIS

Experience-

1) project HSE System Implementation/Monitoring related to solar/Wind plant, substation and transmission line including major Construction/erection/ electrical work.

2) Subcontractor HSE plan Assessment

3) Knowledge of IMS system and Implementation.

4) HSE Trainings and awareness of Project team, Internal Audit

& follow-up for timely Compliance closure

5) Conduct frequent Safety walks and Safety observation audits. Ensure 100% PPE's compliance by all at work in across all sites.

6) Study the scope of project and prepare risk analysis, ventilation plans, JSAs for high risk jobs.

7) Ensure regular on time monthly reporting to QESH manager for Man-hours, Near miss, Minor and Major accidents, training hours etc from all sites

8) Establish a full programmed of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.

9) Liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and health and safety services Prepared a well rescue plan and

Demonstrated mock drill of each equipment before start the job for awareness.

10) Manage and devise the agenda for Safety Committee Meeting, chair and formulate & distribute

11) Minutes for the Health & Safety Committee meetings. Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines
