Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Noida. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting safety training sessions, leading accident investigations, and managing occupational health programs for the organization. The Safety Officer will also oversee security processes at the site to maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to applicable safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health management.
2. Proficiency in conducting Accident Investigations and implementing preventative measures.
3. Experience in overseeing Transport operations, c checks, audits and protocols.
4. Capability to organize and deliver effective Safety Training sessions.
5. Familiarity with relevant local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
6. Exceptional communication and organizational skill.
7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
8. A certified qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field is preferred
