WFO (5 days) Working Hours: 24x7

Office Location:

Hyderabad - Western Pearl Building

10th Floor, HItech City

Kondapur

Landmark: Opp Google Office

Vizag - 3rd Floor

Ram Nagar-- Vizag

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

  • Only three languages are required for Hyderabad: English, Hindi, and one of the following (Mandatory — Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Bengali)
  • A fourth language is not required. As discussed during the call, Telugu is not needed.

  • English + Hindi + (Mandatory — Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Bengali)
  • Experience Requirement:
  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience
  • Mandatory: Minimum 6 months voice process experience

Additional Criteria:

  • Voice experience is mandatory
  • Not looking for KYC process candidates
  • Only proper calling/voice process candidates required

Description:

Provide phone-based support to Uber customers and driver partners involved in safety-related incidents, ensuring documentation and empathetic communication

Key Responsibilities:

Handle safety concerns through phone and support platforms

Build trust with customers and driver-partners via clear, crisp and compassionate communication

Analyze cases and document findings

What You'll Need

Customer empathy - You have a deep understanding of the user experience and the ability to resolve customer support requests in unique and creative ways.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to listen effectively and to confidently voice concerns diplomatically.

Able to establish trust and effective working relationships with others

Ability to leverage multiple resources to inform and support critical decisions

Desire to learn - You're a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow, and you are receptive to feedback

Adaptability - You are able to adapt to any situation, remain customer centric, and help drive to a resolution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Hindi

Strong customer empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Ability to stay calm, build rapport, and resolve sensitive issues

1 year of contact center experience should work

Graduate with adaptability and a learning mindset

Language specialist (Kannada, Tamil or Malayalam). Any other language speaker is preferable.
