Job Description

  1. Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
  2. Conduct daily site safety inspections
  3. Ensure all workers follow safety rules and procedures
  4. Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
  5. Monitor work permits (hot work, height work, confined space, etc.)
  6. Ensure proper use of PPE by workers
  7. Conduct safety induction for new employees
  8. Maintain safety documentation and compliance records
  9. Coordinate emergency drills (fire, evacuation, etc.)
  10. Report unsafe conditions to management immediately.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
  • Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
  • Knowledge of construction/site safety practices
  • Incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Emergency response planning
  • Good communication and training skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Knowledge of PPE and safety equipment usage
  • Report preparation and documentation skills
  • Awareness of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
