Job Title: Algorithm Architect – MCU (Motor Control Unit)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Architect – MCU to design and develop advanced motor control algorithms for EV and hybrid systems. You will drive high-performance, scalable, and safety-compliant solutions across embedded platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design motor control algorithms (FOC, DTC, torque/speed control)
- Develop solutions for inverter control, PWM, and sensorless systems
- Optimize algorithms for real-time embedded systems (MCU/DSP)
- Collaborate with hardware & system teams for integration
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Lead model-based development using MATLAB/Simulink
- Support validation through HIL/SIL testing
Requirements:
- 8–12 years in motor control / embedded systems
- Strong expertise in BLDC/PMSM/Induction motors & power electronics
- Experience with C/C++, MCU/DSP platforms
- Hands-on with MATLAB/Simulink
- Knowledge of CAN/Ethernet and vehicle systems
- Experience in EV/automotive domain preferred
