Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Engineer for Training and Audit, based in Gurgaon/ Gurugram. The role involves conducting safety training programs, conducting safety audits and processes, and supporting safety compliance and risk mitigation activities. Key tasks include analyzing workplace safety measures, identifying hazards, and ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards. Training and Audits at client site with field visits shall be mandatory. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and preparing detailed reports will also be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fire and Safety Engineering
- Knowledge of Occupational Health standards and workplace hazard assessment
- Experience in delivering Training programs and conducting audits
- Understanding of Security protocols and risk management
- Ability to create and manage incident response plans and safety documentation
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Professional qualifications or certifications in safety or a related field are highly desirable
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
