Job Description
Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
Conduct safety inductions, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and safety training for all manpower.
Identify hazards, prepare Risk Assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory, client, and company safety requirements.
Carry out daily site inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions.
Monitor hot work, work at height, lifting operations, and electrical safety.
Conduct firefighting drills, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
Inspect and maintain PPE, fire extinguishers, ladders, and power tools.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports.
Maintain safety records, registers, permits, and monthly EHS reports.
Coordinate with clients, PMC, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters.
Ensure proper implementation of firefighting system installation safety.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction & fire safety standards

Relevant experience in high-rise construction or firefighting projects
