Position Summary
The Safety and Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the organization. The role requires strong leadership and experience in security operations, preferably gained through military service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be from Armed forces or Para Military Forces, retired from the rank of Subedar Major, Captain.
- Medically fit and capable of performing all assigned duties.
- Clean service record with strong disciplinary background.
- Preference to candidates residing in or near Karnal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall security of premises, personnel, and assets.
- Implement and monitor security protocols and access control.
- Supervise and train security guards and staff.
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, and investigations.
- Maintain coordination with local police and authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, fire safety norms, and company policies.
- Maintain security records, reports, and attendance logs.
