Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi)

Industry: Real Estate (Residential, Commercial & Plots)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager who actively drives both sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a self-closer, capable of converting leads into successful deals, rather than only managing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through marketing and sales activities
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
  • Actively sell residential, commercial properties, and plots
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns and conversions

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (Delhi NCR preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in residential, commercial & plotted developments
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset
