Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager who actively drives both sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a self-closer, capable of converting leads into successful deals, rather than only managing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through marketing and sales activities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
- Actively sell residential, commercial properties, and plots
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns and conversions
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (Delhi NCR preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in residential, commercial & plotted developments
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset
