Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SaaS Sales & Marketing Head to lead Shipturtle's next phase of growth. This leader will own the entire revenue engine — from demand generation and acquisition to retention, upsell, and enterprise expansion.The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS GTM expertise, global customer understanding, and proven team leadership to scale a high-performance sales and marketing organization. You'll work closely with the founders and product team to align market strategy, revenue goals, and product evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the complete SaaS sales funnel — from lead generation and nurturing to conversion, expansion, and retention.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies across startups, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams.
- Build and lead a team of 10+ professionals across sales, digital marketing, and partner channels.
- Identify and develop new customer segments, verticals, and partner opportunities for global growth.
- Define, monitor, and improve key SaaS metrics — ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback to influence feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Oversee brand development, digital marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Create and present data-driven revenue dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in eCommerce or B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of scaling revenue and managing global customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams of 10+ people.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales funnels, demand generation, and performance marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working closely with product and customer success teams to drive growth.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with an ability to link actions to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup-style environment.
