Job Description

Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation and growth initiatives for a newly launched, B2B platform focused on data-driven decision-making. This is not a brand-marketing role. It is a performance-oriented growth role with direct ownership of leads, demos, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute outbound and inbound email marketing campaigns
Drive LinkedIn-based outreach (organic + personal outreach)
Support product-led growth initiatives and user onboarding
Coordinate content and SEO execution (blogs, landing pages, basic optimization)
Track and report growth KPIs (leads, demos, conversions)
Support demo scheduling and follow-ups with interested prospects
Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and positioning

What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with:
Email outreach tools
LinkedIn-based prospecting
CRM or basic lead tracking
Strong execution mindset (you ship, test, and iterate)
Comfortable working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
Clear written communication and follow-up discipline

Experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, or AI-led platforms is a strong plus.

Not a pure content or branding role
Not a large-team management role
Not a strategy-only position
This role is about doing, measuring, and improving.
