Position Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect who can design, lead, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-cloud implementations, integration frameworks, data modeling, and end-to end solution ownership.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining Salesforce architecture standards, guiding development teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Your Role Responsibilities And Duties
- Establish and maintain Salesforce implementation standards.
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce products.
- Create proof of concepts (POCs) and build prototypes for business improvement.
- Create solution blueprints, ERDs, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Define scalable and future-ready enterprise architecture aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and select Salesforce features, components, and platform capabilities.
- Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.
- Ability to advise clients and recommend when to use declarative code vs custom code using Visualforce and Apex.
- Drive governance processes for change management, release management, and quality assurance.
- Optimize data models, permissions, and sharing rules for large enterprise environments.
- Identify system bottlenecks, perform health checks, and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Web services &APIs.
- At least 8 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience.
- Working effectively with offshore/near shore service providers.
- Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.
- Experience with Change Sets, or experience in CI/CD.
- Collaborating with a diverse range of collaborators and audiences within a matrix organization.
- Skilled at influencing and negotiation, at ease interacting with senior collaborators and open to questioning them with logical arguments.
- Excellent written, verbal, social, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, working well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions and changing priorities.
