Senior Associate Internal Audit
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary
- Preparing Audit Program and initiate the Audit
- Conducting Internal Audits as per Audit Plan
- Coordination with process owners from initiation to closing meeting of internal audit
- Management of Audit work papers
- Independent handling on-site/off-site assignments
- Preparation of presentation for Audit Committee
- Managing communication with External/Other Auditor
- Preparation of MIS/ Dashboard for regular updates
- Independently handling Forensics, Whistle blower complaints, fraud investigations, etc.
- Operation Risk Assessment, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Registers, Dealing with the Stakeholders in proactive identification of the key risks and their respective mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
- Internal Audit Standards & Framework, ERM and COSO Framework
- Mandate- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (mandatory, 13 attempts)
- Joining: Preference for early joiners
- Experience: 25 years
- Preferred Background: Candidates from Big 4 firms
- Nature of Frauds and Fraud Risk assessment
- Companies Act 2013
- Knowledge of IFRS, IndAS, Direct/Indirect Taxes, etc.
- Internal controls and Financial statements reporting and review Good communication, interpersonal, proactive, go getter, documentation, Analytical & writing skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) tools, MS ERP, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to work as an Auditor
- Individual contributor and Team member Hand on experience on Power BI, Data Analytics, Gen AI tool preferable Previous working experience with Big4s, top ranking CA firms preferable
- Education and experience CA/ CIA with up to 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
