As part ofamultiyeartransformationjourneyto support our bold ambition for 2030,MDLZis undertaking 2 major programs ofembracing a newstate of the artplanning systemO9 solutionsas well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core.

In this role you areaccountable forzeroSource-to-Paybusiness disruption at cutover andresponsible fordrivingadoptionof alignedSTP S4 solutionsforRaw/PackandEM.

How you will contribute

Project Governance

Coordinateproject reportingfor theAMEASTP workstream

Documentregional functional requirements anddata conversiondesign

Design Validation

Participate infit-gap analysesonglobalSTP S4templateto ensureneeds are met

Raiseregional recommendationswhereidentifiedin the direct spend area

Data Quality Assurance

Manage overallSTPbusiness cutovertasks

Coordinate with SMEs and business users onoveralldata cleansing and validationfor all migration phases

Overseebusiness testingfrom script localization to execution and issue resolutionfor direct spend areas

Change Management

Coordinateexecution of theworkstreamsoverallchange management plan, including communication

Localize and deliveroveralluser training program(including BPOs)

EstablishKey User Networksinthe direct spend area

What you will bring

A desire to lead the future for our companyand:

Experience inregionalSource-to-PayERP/B2Bimplementationprojectandchange management,with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities

Experience as aregionalProcurement business analyst,with a demonstrated capacity to managelarge amountsof data

Experience as atransactional buyerorBuy-to-Paykey userwith functional knowledge ofdirect material Source-to-Contractand planning processes

Education / Certifications:

10-15 yearsexperience in Procurement or Materials Planningfunctions

Operational experience with SAP ERPsystems isa plus

Travel requirements:Yes, less than10%

Work schedule:Hybrid, with occasional meetings outside of AMEA time zones
