Work you'll do
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our offshore claims management team as an Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will assist in processing claims efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is a contractual role for a long-term project, with an initial duration of six months, followed by renewals for up to one year, based on overall performance. It's an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims management and develop expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Assist in the processing of claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Review claim documents and information provided by clients to determine validity and eligibility for processing.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation to support claim processing.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status, updates, and correspondence in the company database.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in claims management processes.
Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate – Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in claims management or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology is a plus.
