About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our offshore claims management team. In this role, you'll assist in processing claims efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing:
- Process claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
- Review claim documents and verify the validity and eligibility of claims.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with team members to gather necessary information and documentation to support claim processing.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status, updates, and correspondence in the company database.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills in claims management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems.
