The Practice – A Brief Sketch The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Work as SAP Functional Analyst contributing to documentation for end-to-end request for system changes, configurations, and enhancements
- Maintain documentation to analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and optimize SAP functionalities
- Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies
- Train end-users on SAP MDG-MDM processes and ensure they are proficient in using the system
- Ensure the system remains functional and consistent after implementation
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and project plans during implementation
- Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
- Mentoring and developing our people and contributing to asset creations like project blueprints and configuration documents , Job Role Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
- Minimum 9 years of SAP ERP experience, having led at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project.
- Design and business blueprinting for greenfield implementations of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Master Data Governance (MDG) and Master Data Management (MDM) as part of enterprise-wide architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG domains (Business Partner, Material, Finance), including BRF+ workflows, Change Request orchestration, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and mass processing/consolidation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration for master data objects such as:
- Business Partner (Customer/Vendor)
- Material Master
- Product Hierarchies
- Classification Data
- Strong understanding of data migration strategies from ECC or non-SAP ERPs to S/4HANA using SAP Data Services
- Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere for data modeling and reporting.
- Ability to perform Data Assessments and ensure data quality and compliance.
- Familiarity with SAP Joule and AI-driven solutions for intelligent data management.
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform AS-IS assessments, Fit-Gap analysis, and define TO-BE design aligned with SAP best practices.
- Exposure to hybrid ERP environments (SAP on-prem + SaaS solutions) and SAP Public Cloud offerings.
- Experience in large-scale ERP transformation and migration projects, including integration with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, clean core principles, and Fiori-based MDG applications.
- Understanding SAP integration technologies: SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and SAP BTP for extensibility.
- Knowledge of latest MDG practices: MDG Cloud Edition and integration with SAP Data Intelligence for advanced governance. AI/ML-driven data quality improvements and automation. MDG extensibility via APIs and SAP BTP services.
- Ability to create functional prototypes, support business case development, and demonstrate MDG value in S/4HANA deployments. Good to have (not mandatory) - SAP Certification (good to have, not mandatory).
