Job Title: CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at S&A Law Offices. The CEO will provide overall strategic leadership, drive the firms growth agenda, and ensure long-term sustainability. The role involves setting the firms vision and strategic direction, strengthening client and partner relationships, and ensuring strong governance, financial performance, and brand positioning across all practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the firm's vision, strategy, and long-term growth objectives in alignment with the Managing Partner and Partners.
- Oversee the firm's overall business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and client-focused culture.
- Oversee administrative functions and internal operations, including HR, finance, compliance, and support services, ensuring efficient and effective firm-wide administration.
- Strengthen and expand key client relationships and strategic alliances, enhancing the firm's market presence and reputation.
- Represent the firm externally with clients, industry forums, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards across the firm.
- Drive innovation, including adoption of legal technology, new service offerings, and modern business models to enhance competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments within the legal and professional services sector to proactively position the firm for future opportunities.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, LLM, or equivalent professional certification will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the service industry, preferably within the legal, professional services, consulting, or advisory sector.
- Proven experience in leading organization-wide strategy, business growth, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing senior stakeholders, partnership-driven environments, and complex organizational structures.
- Experience driving organizational transformation, process improvements, and client-centric initiatives in a professional services setting.
