Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD Consultant to lead and deliver Sales and Distribution (Order-to-Cash) solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves driving solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, and business adoption in S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management, combined with hands-on experience in SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard delivery. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the design and implementation of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders and map business requirements to standard SAP processes.
- Configure and deploy: o Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns o Pricing Procedures (discounts, surcharges, taxes, freight) o Business Partner (Customer) and Master Data o Credit Management and Output Management
- Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and clean core principles. Integration & Process Alignment
- Work closely with FI, MM, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration across: o Revenue posting and account determination o Tax, invoicing, and financial settlement
- Support SAP CPI / middleware integrations with external systems such as CRM, e-commerce, and legacy ERPs. Data Migration & Testing
- Lead Customer Master, Pricing, and Open Sales Orders migration using SAP Migration Cockpit.
- Plan and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT with business users.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Business Enablement & Support
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on sales process optimization and system usage.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SD-related issues post go-live. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience SAP & Functional Expertise
- 810 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2+ S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in: o Order Management o Pricing and Billing o Credit Management o Business Partner o Output Management (BRF+)
- Deep understanding of OTC business processes in manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments. S/4HANA Public Cloud Knowledge
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology (Fit-to-Standard, Explore, Realize, Deploy phases).
- Knowledge of Public Cloud constraints, extensibility, and configuration via SSCUI.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Sales Order Fulfillment and Billing. Integration & Tools
- Experience with SAP CPI or middleware integrations.
- Exposure to SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Best Practices content.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Solution Manager, or similar ALM tools. ________________________________________ Soft Skills & Leadership
