Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and backend services using Rust.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong adherence to software engineering principles.
- Work on algorithms and system-level programming for performance-sensitive applications.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold coding best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory management issues, and concurrency challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Rust and system programming and continuously drive innovation.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of total software development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Rust experience.
- Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms.
- Expertise in systems programming, concurrency, memory management, and low-latency applications.
- Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Passionate about coding, clean design, and performance optimization.
