Job Summary
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails (RoR) / Spree Developer with 23 years of experience to
join our development team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Spree Commerce and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows. Strong proficiency in
English is required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce applications using Ruby on Rails and
Spree Commerce
- Implement and support e-commerce features such as product catalog, checkout,
payments, promotions, and integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate closely with QA, product, and business teams
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Spree Commerce
- Good understanding of e-commerce domain concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with Git and agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience on customer-facing e-commerce platforms
- Exposure to third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping, tax, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
