Job Description


Knowledge to perform and deliver one or more of the following R2R activities:

GL Accounting

oStatistics data entry / uploads

oPrepare, Review and Process Journal Entries

oCost Allocation

oSupport Monthly and Annual Close Processes

oAssist various departments in accounting issues and queries

Period End Close, Reporting

oCompile period-end reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually)

oComplete tax workpapers and reporting

oManagement and tracking of the close checklist

oPerform reconciliations, including BS reconciliations

oReviewing transactions and adjusting entries,

oPreparing financial statements

Internal Controls

oSOX Reporting

oSOX & risk compliance activities

Provide necessary documentation and reports for financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.

Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices in R2R function

2-4 years of previous work experience

Freshers basic accounting knowledge and computer skills / MS Office

Basic / working knowledge of Finance processes

Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Prior experience in BPO sector (preferred)

R2R function specific knowledge (preferred)
