Oversee processes across geographies and handle large cross functional team to ensure seamless process delivery.
Report in to COH and accountable for the assigned F&A towers R2R and O2C.
Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis;
Develop and report relevant KPI's for area of responsibility;
Ensure that KPI's are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;
Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;
Ensure sign off and oversight of all SLA discussions
Support the transition team from a ramp up planning and design of operations reporting & offshore management procedures
Provide constructive feedback, identify training & development needs of the team & conduct brain storming sessions to increase the knowledge of the team.
Experience and Qualification :
University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
Qualified accountant preferably with Masters Specialization
12-15 years of experience and good knowledge across R2R, O2C towers.
Ability to lead a 120-150 F&A team consisting of highly skilled team members
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
Desirable
User Knowledge of ERP/ Key Financial Applications SAP, Taulia, ABBYY, Blackline
User Knowledge of Telecom Industry
