Job Description

Accountabilities:

Perform FA Activities capitalization, Disposal, Transfers and FA master data amendments.
Execute monthly depreciation Asset transfers & retirement
Perform Month end close tasks for Fixed Assets
Perform Fixed Asset reconciliations
Prepare asset reports including monthly asset schedules
Support statutory and internal audit requirement for Fixed Assets domain
Maintain rigorous controls across RTR FA Accounting processes CARM activity
Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes FAR SL closes and GL close.
Ensure that management and statutory reporting is completed accurately and on time and that the surrounding internal control
Aware of the Fixed Assets controls, and ensure / enforce policy adherence
Perform reconciliations, proactively working on future GLAT.
Preparation and posting of FI postable journals
Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of the financial and operational process

Qualifications and Experience Required:

University graduate, B Com, MBA in Finance.
Experience 4-6 years of relevant work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry.
Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting/General Ledger/RTR profile.
Customer care and team playing skills Familiar with all Fixed Assets module in SAP application.
