Purpose & Scope:

Sr. Analyst RTR - SAP Finance will be part of the IT -Finance team contributing towards the support and development of financial applications using SAP FICO Technology.

Based in Bangalore, India, this lead role will be working in partnership with Manager, Finance and other technical resources on the SAP teams, responsible for implementation of new projects and day to day support activities within the SAP Finance Technology and the other financial applications.

We are looking at the following:

We are seeking an experienced Senior S/4 HANA SAP FICO Analyst to join our in-house RL Team. The candidate needs to have a deep understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling (CO) module, possessing FSMC and Project system knowledge will be valuable addition, As Sr. Analyst (he/she) will be responsible for leading FI CO relevant projects, , and providing expert-level guidance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

. Lead SAP S/4 Hana SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to delivery.

. Configure and customize S/4 Hana SAP FICO module to meet development requirements.

. Design and implement FICO solutions for General ledger, AP, AR, Asset accounting, Banking Integration, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, COPA and product costing

. Hands-on Configuration experience in S/4 SAP FICO module along with specific integration requirements with SAP MM, PP, SD, Retail modules.

. Experience S/4 FICO reports and analytics and Relevant Fiori applications for reporting

. Hands on Experience on S/4 FICO Module Fiori application

. Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to the organization standards.

. Provide training and support to clients on S/4 SAP FICO module.

. Support for monthly and year-end activities.

. Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, other SAP business process leads, SAP development team and other team members on IT projects.

. Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules.

. Act as direct liaison with Finance business and ERP team for troubleshooting, business process mapping and system enhancements.

. Participate in system and integration testing and production go live activities!

. Contribute to best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts and stay up to date with S/4 SAP FICO module enhancements and best practices.

. Having experience of FSCM and project system module will be add on

Professional Skills:

. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline

. Knowledge of financial processes with preference of SAP FICO experience

. Must have can do attitude and be able to work independently

. Strong time management skills

. Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities on assigned tasks.

. Ability and willingness to learn

. Serve as a primary technical point of contact to discuss new requirements and provide knowledge of development environments and processes

Certifications: Either of Certification

. SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FICO Certification Preferred

. SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience:

. Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support work experience

. Minimum two full life cycle Implementation

Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of work experience with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education

. Must posses core strength in SAP Finance (SAP FI) and SAP Controlling (SAP CO)

. Should have integration knowledge of FICO with other SAP modules (MM and SD)

. Should have integration Knowledge of Finance- Retail process

. Should have in-depth SAP experience with FI Configuration which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Asset Accounting, FSCM

. SAP Controlling configuration which includes General controlling, Cost center accounting, Cost element accounting, Profit center accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project system

. I must be an SAP accounting and costing expert

. Experience in NA Sales and Use tax, EU Value Added Tax and Statutory reporting
