Glasafe is a fast-growing D2C brand in the hydration & lifestyle space, specializing in premium glass bottles, lunchboxes, containers, bowls, and drinkware.
We're scaling rapidly toward 10,000+ orders/month, and we're looking for an operations leader who can protect margins, reduce RTO, and bring structured intelligence into logistics and fulfillment.
This role directly impacts profitability.
If you don't understand how RTO impacts contribution margin, this role isn't for you.
Role Overview
The RTO & NDR Operations Manager will own:
RTO reduction strategy
NDR resolution
Courier performance management
Refund TAT control
Damage & claim tracking
Offer execution (B1G2 operations efficiency)
This is a data-driven operational role, not a customer support role.

Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years experience in D2C / E-commerce operations
Strong experience with Shiprocket / courier aggregators
Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables mandatory)

Pure customer support profiles
Non-analytical back-office staff
Candidates without logistics panel experience
Analytical & data-driven mindset
Experience handling 5,000+ orders/month preferred
