Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Tanita South India drives sales of Tanita's bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) body composition analyzers in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The role focuses on clinical markets like hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers, achieving revenue targets through team leadership and channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and do activities to meet quarterly and annual sales targets for Tanita professional models like MC-980MA and MC-780MA, including demos and installations.
  • Develop regional sales strategies, forecast demand, manage distributor networks, and close high-value deals with hospitals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in healthcare specialties.
  • Monitor competitor activities, conduct market analysis, organize product seminars, and ensure compliances.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years in medical devices sales, preferably BIA or diagnostic equipment, with 3+ years managing South India teams.
  • Strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM/ERP tools; MBA or science background preferred.
  • Willingness for frequent travel across South India; track record of achieving 100%+ targets in competitive markets.
