We are inviting applications from experienced and driven professionals for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – ALC & Modern Trade for the Odisha region. This role is integral to driving business growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring execution excellence across Alternate Channels and Modern Trade.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional sales performance across ALC and Modern Trade channels
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and institutional clients
• Lead commercial negotiations, promotions, and in-store execution strategies
• Expand distribution reach and enhance market penetration
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team
Candidate Profile:
• MBA / Graduate with 5–8 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade / ALC / B2B Sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in FMCG / Food industry will be preferred
