Core Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Design:Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases for new features, customizations, and integrations.
  • Manual Testing:Execute tests for functionality, integration, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Automation:Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., usingUiPath, Selenium) to improve efficiency, focusing on data-driven testing and CI/CD.
  • Defect Management:Identify, document, track, and retest bugs, ensuring timely resolution and preventing regressions.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Admins in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Requirement Analysis:Understand business needs and translate them into testable scenarios, identifying gaps or ambiguities.
  • Reporting:Provide detailed feedback and test result reports to stakeholders.
