Assist in ensuring production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.

Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.

Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment.

Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.

A minimum of 0 years of experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
