Handle day-to-day production support and monitoring of RPG/AS400 applications

Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and job failures

Implement enhancement requests and system changes as required

Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and enhancements

Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams to address functional and technical problems

Maintain knowledge of AS400 system functionalities and RPG programming standards

Provide timely updates on issue resolution and system performance

Adhere to IT policies, security guidelines, and process compliance
