Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in RPA development, along with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating with Business Analysts to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities Automation Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath (Sequence, Flowchart, State Machine)
- Build and manage both Attended and Unattended bots
- Implement automation for Excel, Email, Web applications, and SAP systems
- Develop reusable automation components and follow iterative development practices
Process Automation & Integration
- Perform PDF automation using UiPath activities such as Anchor Base, Get Text, and Read PDF Text
- Develop advanced Excel automation including database connectivity and DataTable handling
- Implement UI automation using activities like Element Exists and various recording methods
Orchestrator & Bot Management
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator including machine keys, tenant and folder management
- Manage bot deployment, queue handling, monitoring, and bot lifecycle management
- Handle queue items and monitor automation performance
Exception Handling & Debugging
- Implement robust exception management including Business Rule, System, and Application exceptions
- Perform debugging, testing, and production support for automation solutions
- Monitor bot performance and ensure reliability in production environments
Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare detailed Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and user guides
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and convert them into automation workflows
- Guide and mentor junior developers in RPA solution development
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA platform
- Experience building workflows using Sequence, Flowchart, and State Machine
- Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator configuration and bot deployment
- Experience with Excel automation, email automation, web automation, and SAP automation
- Strong knowledge of exception handling and debugging in UiPath
- Experience with queue management and bot monitoring
- Knowledge of database activities and data manipulation using UiPath
