RPA UiPath Developer

We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer with 4+ years of experience in implementing software robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end process assessment, working with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, and implementing automation solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of project management principles, and the ability to work independently within stringent timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement Software Robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform.
• Conduct end-to-end process assessment for automation feasibility.
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs for automation solutions.
• Perform assessments independently with minimum support and within stringent timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Contribute to project planning and management activities.
• Potentially engage in process re-engineering efforts.

Skills Required:

• Experience in implementing Software Robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform.
• Previous process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs.
• Self-starter who can perform assessments independently.
• Good client communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic elements of project management and planning.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methods.
• Previous experience in Process Re-engineering is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
