Job Summary
Senior RPA and GenAI Developer (UiPath) is a seasoned RPA and Generative AI Developer with extensive experience in UiPath and AI/ML integration to join a high impact hyperautomation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of robotic process automation, LLM integration, attended/unattended automation, and healthcare process optimization using cutting-edge GenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath for business workflows.
- Integrate Generative AI models to enhance automation with cognitive capabilities
- Build intelligent attended bots to assist business users in real time.
- Develop prompt engineering patterns and reusable AI components within the RPA framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate automation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts and develop AI-enabled components such as AI-powered auto-generative workflows.
- Monitor and optimize bot performance, implement exception handling, and enable logging/monitoring.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Skill Category Requirements
RPA Expertise 8+ years hands-on experience in UiPath (RE Framework, Orchestrator, Studio)
