RPA (UI path, Bluprism, Automation anywhere)

Primary Skill: Automation Anywhere

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance automation use cases using Automation Anywhere.
• Create detailed technical design documents for automation use cases.
• Understand and analyze potential automation scenarios within projects.
• Familiar with the Application Maintenance (AM) lifecycle.
• Perform testing and deployment of automation use cases in Dev/QA/Prod environments.
• Provide Level 2 production support and troubleshooting for automation built in UiPath.
• Own and maintain deployed automation use cases.
• Provide shift-based support as required.

Technical Skillset:

• 34 years of experience in development/support of applications in Automation Anywhere (technical).
• Expertise in Automation Anywhere Build & Support, IQ Bot, ARAI, and AA 360.
• Hands-on experience with Excel Macros and SAP is an added advantage.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Blue Prism or Automic is desirable.
• Strong analytical and programming skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to project success.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
