Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for RPA applications in production and non-production environments.
Monitor UiPath Orchestrator jobs, queues, assets, schedules, and logs to ensure smooth execution of automations.
Troubleshoot automation failures, application issues, and infrastructure-related problems in a timely manner.
Use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA for incident, request, problem, and change management.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to improve automation stability.
Support deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes related to RPA platforms.
Ensure adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and governance standards.
Maintain documentation related to support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
