Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Power Automate RPA Engineers who are passionate about automation and willing to code. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) and a willingness to learn additional technologies like Python and Azure.
Required Skills & Experience
- IT Experience: Minimum 8 years overall in IT with hands-on coding experience.
- Power Automate Cloud Flows: Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud flows.
- Power Automate Desktop Flows: At least 1 year or one project experience in desktop flows.
- Python & Pandas: Basic knowledge preferred; willingness to learn is mandatory.
- Scripting: Decent knowledge in PowerShell, CMD, or any shell scripting language.
- Azure: Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Azure services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Write and maintain scripts in PowerShell, CMD, or other scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Integrate automation solutions with Azure services and other enterprise platforms.
- Learn and apply Python and Pandas for advanced automation and data manipulation.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
