RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360).
• Create detailed process documentation, technical specifications, and testing plans.
• Ensure alignment of automation solutions with business goals and performance standards.
• Implementation & Maintenance:
• Deploy RPA bots in production environments and monitor their performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure seamless bot operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize efficiency and performance of automation solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide support and training to end-users for smooth adoption of automated solutions.
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Innovation & Improvement:
• Stay up to date with developments in RPA and Automation Anywhere technologies.
• Explore and implement new automation solutions, including IDP or IQBot for document processing.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (focus on A360).
• Experience with IDP or IQBot for automating document-based processes.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expertise in Python or VB Script for automation tasks and REST API interactions.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to design efficient automated workflows for complex business processes.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve issues quickly.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working collaboratively and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other RPA tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere or other relevant RPA tools.
