We are looking for passionate RPA Developers with 15 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath (including REFramework) and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, exception handling, and documentation.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring of bots.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest RPA tools, features, and trends.
Required Skills & Experience- 15 years of RPA development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath (including REFramework) and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of Orchestrator, queue management, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, APIs, and workflow automation concepts.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate certification (preferred).
