RPA Developer - RPA - Offshore

Design, develop, test, and deployRPA botsusingAutomation Anywhere.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders toanalyze processesand identify automation opportunities.

Ensurehigh-quality codewith proper documentation, error handling, and exception management.

Optimize existing automations toenhance performance and reduce execution time.

FollowAgile methodologiesfor rapid development and deployment.

Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensurestable and secure bot deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolveRPA production issuesin a timely manner.

Maintain best practices, coding standards, andreusable automation components.

Required Skills Qualifications:

5+ years of experiencein RPA development, with a focus onAutomation Anywhere (AA).

Strongunderstanding of process automation, exception handling, and error recovery strategies.

Experience integrating RPA withAPIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience withAgile development(Scrum/Kanban).

Knowledge ofPython, Java, or .NETis a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in afast-paced, Agile environmentand deliver results within tight timelines.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience withAI/ML-based automation.

Exposure toUIPath, Blue Prism, or other RPA tools.

Knowledge ofprocess mining and workflow automation tools.
