RPA Developer

Role: Senior RPA Developer VBA & Automation Anywhere

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Develop complex automation scripts using Excel VBA.

Perform process analysis and identify automation opportunities.

Work on end-to-end automation lifecycle: PDD, SDD, development, testing, and deployment.

Provide L2/L3 production support and handle incidents or change requests.

Coordinate with client stakeholders, operations, and IT teams.

Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and governance standards.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 or v11).

Advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, macros, and data automation.

Experience in production support and bot monitoring.

Good communication and client-handling skills.
