Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
  • Implement automation for SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
  • Create and integrate Python scripts for specialized automation tasks.
  • Design and implement OCR solutions for multi-language document processing.
  • Optimize automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.
  • Implement retry logic, error handling, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Maintain process documentation, including AS-IS, SDD, and workload volumes.
  • Support control room operations and monitor bot performance.
  • Participate in POCs involving AI/LLM tools for OCR and unstructured data.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development (Blue Prism required).
  • Experience with Power Automate and Python scripting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and MS Office automation (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of OCR tools and multi-language automation (Japanese preferred).
  • Experience handling large datasets and mitigating performance issues.
  • Familiarity with error handling, retry logic, and alerting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
