Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
  • Develop and maintain RPA workflows to automate end-to-end business processes.
  • Integrate Power Automate solutions with external systems via APIs.
  • Utilize AI Builder for PDF automation and intelligent document processing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, governance standards, and documentation.
