- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues to ensure reliability and stability of automation processes
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and Automation Anywhere platform and recommend enhancements
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, system architecture, and design specifications
- Drive automation initiatives and evangelize the benefits of RPA across the organization
